Product Stage sessions are 30 minutes in length and will be held in a designated area(s) in the exhibit hall, which is set up in theater style for 50 attendees. No other sessions of the scientific programme will run in parallel but may run concurrent with other corporate sponsors.

Product Stages provide a high value, live educational opportunity for hosts to reach engaged healthcare professionals. These sessions deliver a platform to gather and discuss issues on patient education, specific products and therapeutic areas

Located in the Exhibit hall, Product Stage provides an opportunity to:

• Highlight and demonstrate new and existing products
• Provide up-to-date research findings
• Give product details in-depth
• Demonstrate products
• Distribute branded materials

Plenary Session up to 90 min, supported by 3-5 companies. The supporting companies would have 15/20 minutes each to present their pipeline/research and latest developments in the field, and it will be followed by Q&A. The chair/moderator of the session would be decided by the Congress Committee

• This Pipeline Session is not included in the main CME/CPD credits of the event.
• Presenting companies must cover all expenses of their speakers in this pipeline session (this also applies in the case where the speakers have already been invited by the Congress).
• Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program, on the congress website, and on signage during the event.

Supporter will have the opportunity to brand the pick-up station where participants will be distributed their congress bags and lanyards. The bags and lanyards will bear the WCN logo only, but can bear the colors of the supporter.

Gather all your content for the WCN participants in one place!

WCN will offer an online platform where all companies can have their own promotional sites to present products, symposium, booth information or any other company related content. Each sponsor will receive an individual URL that will be linked from their logo on the WCN online platform/site.

The Photo Booth is an excellent tool to engage with congress attendees. It allows them to have fu​​​n and share their experience. Attendees are given the opportunity to take a photo of themselves and colleagues, using fun props provided by Kenes, and have the photo sent to them via email, text message or directly uploaded to their social media accounts.

• ​The booth attracts many attendees and a sponsor would gain exposure by having their branding on the outside of the booth, including their logo on every photo taken.
• The exposure will last long after the congress ends as these photos are shared with colleagues, friends and family. ​​​​

Provide a seat & share your product !

The branded seating cubes are stylish and informal. This multipurpose cardboard stool can be customized to match whatever theme you have chosen for your event. The design is subject to approval of the Secretariat and must follow all compliance regulations.

Wireless Network Provision: Delegates wishing to access the internet via their own laptop/ smartphone may do so by using the Congress Wi-Fi.
